For those who were not able to submit 4 (categories) of activities through AAF, please submit one (1) AAF for your Org's Accomplishment Report. Attach a letter explaining the reason for the non-submission of AAF last Academic Year. The deadline for submission of AAF's for last A.Y. was during the mid-year term.

Reminders for Org Interview:
Org. Interview is from 10 August (Thursday) to 1 September (Friday) 2017 only. There are 15 available schedules per day for 15 days totaling 225 possible schedules/ slots.
There should be 3 (min.)- 5 (max.) officers in attendance during the Personal Appearance (P.A.) Attendees shall represent the organization. Also, make sure that you are well informed of the relevant details about your organization.
We cannot always confirm appointments immediately especially when we are already doing the interviews or answering queries at the office. Please check if you have conflicts with other orgs, then inform us regarding the conflict.
Appointments made with incomplete and erroneous information shall be disregarded/ deleted and will not be acknowledged.

There will be updates every 8:00 and 11:00am, and 2:00 and 5:30pm, Mon- Fri only, starting 10 August.
