You may  leave the Form 5 Accomplishment report blank. We are currently checking each account for your Org's AAF Tracking Number. If you will check the messages below your account's home page, we should have posted a link to your AAF Tracker.

For those who were not able to submit 4 (categories) of activities through AAF, please submit one (1) AAF for your Org's Accomplishment Report. Attach a letter explaining the reason for the non-submission of AAF last Academic Year. The deadline for submission of AAF's for last A.Y. was during the mid-year term.

Reminders for Org Interview:

Org. Interview is from 10 August (Thursday) to 1 September (Friday) 2017 only. There are 15 available schedules per day for 15 days totaling 225 possible schedules/ slots.

There should be 3 (min.)- 5 (max.) officers in attendance during the Personal Appearance (P.A.) Attendees shall represent the organization. Also, make sure that you are well informed of the relevant details about your organization.

We cannot always confirm appointments immediately especially when we are already doing the interviews or answering queries at the office. Please check if you have conflicts with other orgs, then inform us regarding the conflict.

Appointments made with incomplete and erroneous information shall be disregarded/ deleted and will not be acknowledged.

Appointments not within the allotted dates, shall be disregarded/ deleted and will not be acknowledged.

There will be updates every 8:00 and 11:00am, and 2:00 and 5:30pm, Mon- Fri only, starting 10 August.

Please be reminded of the current scheduled GSTs for your Org's registration next Academic Year (2017-18)

  • Kasarian 101 and/or 102. UP upholds gender equality and gender rights as basic human rights. Student orgs are required to attend the Kasarian 101 and/or Kasarian 102 conducted by the Diliman Gender Office (DGO) to remind them of their responsibility to be free from gender bias and avoid discriminatory remarks, content and actions in their planning, promotion and participation in student org-related projects and activities.
(2 participants are required for AY 17-18. For those who were not able to attend any GST from last year or the previous GSTs last August for your Org's registration this A.Y., you may send another 2 participants (total of 4 pax.)

Help your org lessen the hassle and burden of attending requirements during the Registration Period. Send participants as early as now. (Make sure to write legibly all information on the attendance and record/ take a picture, of your completed attendance or certificate.)
